Experience:

This program features 2 training sessions per day - one in the morning and one in the afternoon, each of the duration of 2 hours. Between the AM and the PM sessions athletes are expected to eat lunch and rest, hence if you are travelling with friends or family, we suggest not to make social plans in the afternoon as you will not recover in time and feel too tired to learn proficiently in the second session. Of course, if you want to spend some family time during the break you can all relax by the pool at the Resort or at the nearby beach. Evenings are free.

All the students of the camp, of all levels, are given the same attention and care during training. The only limit to learning is what each of us wants to give ourselves, interrupting before or due to some training sessions.

The training sessions are held from Monday to Saturday, with the Sunday of absolute rest, except for private lessons or professionals who have competitions scheduled in the following week.

What is included:

9 nights hotel or resort;
9 Breakfast*;
8 lunch*;
9 dinner*;
Transfer to/from Bangkok airport by taxi or van
2 training session for day*

*No training on Sundays and no meals are served on Saturday nights and Sundays

What is not included:

Visa if necessary;
Insurance that will protect you in case of cancellation, trip interruption, medical emergencies, damage caused to third parties etc (available on demand);
International flights;
Personal costs;
Tips;
Everything not mentioned under the "Included" section.
